Duties & Responsibilities
-Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers
-Persuade customers that product or service will best satisfy their needs
-Support sales team including documented discovery, solution validation, standard and customize demonstrations, proof of concept/value and actions to advance and close sales
opportunities and business partner initiatives
-Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
-Collect and summarize information of customer, competitor, market and whatsoever, related to intended business
-Research and identify business opportunities by collaborating sales team and local partners
-Build/maintain fruitful relationship with current and potential customers and partners
-Respond to inquiry from customers and partners
-Manage, record and respond to all day-to-day inquiries from customers, partners and our sales team.
-Assist in production of sales and marketing literature
-Provide general support to sales team as required including support for travel
-Organize and attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
-Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary
-Make product knowledge readily available to self and colleagues though various resources
-Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market
-Analyze the competition to create a winning strategy
-Identify marketing opportunities by identifying market trend and customer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitors’s strengthen and weaknesses; forecasting projected businesses from the technical point of view;
-Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
-Responsible for maintaining and organizing media clipping sharing coverage with internal members
-Collaborate with management on business goals, planing and forecasting
-Report, liaise and consul to management in an appropriate and a timely manner
-Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests from management; exploring opportunities to ad value to job accomplishment
-Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publication
-Performs related work as required

-University degree (any) or diploma in electrical engineering (Preferable)
-Learnt marketing or business administration (Preferable)
-Minimum 5 (five) years experience to have worked in a company (Preferable: Have experience in the same industry of our company: electrical capital goods, B-to-B biz).
-To be capable to understand single line diagram, schematic diagram
-To draw rough single line diagram using Excel to understand the concept to the object; CAD is not a must.
-Excellent English language proficiency (verbal, reading and writing)
-Have good presentation skill and interpersonal skill
-Be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision by superior or management
-Take actions in a proactive manner in line with goal and policy established by the company
-Have ability to work in a team and to prioritize tasks
-Be persuasive and goal-oriented
-Have logical thinking
-Strong attention to details and a focus on fact-based decision making
-Have mathematical calculation capability consistent with university graduation level
-Have practicable knowledge and skill to utilize PC software such as Microsoft Office; Word Excel and Power Point as minimum
-Be energetic, confident and challenging person
-Prefer to out-going
-Be punctual
-Japanese language (N3 level) – an advantage, but not a essential requirement
